Why do we have a booking limit at certain resorts?
To ensure all members have an equal opportunity to enjoy their preferred destinations, a fair
usage policy is in place. This means that there is a limit to how many times a specific resort
can be booked by the same member within a defined period. The limit is 2 bookings per resort per calendar year.

What does this rule mean for me?
If you have already booked the same resort multiple times, you may not be able to secure
additional bookings for that resort until the next usage cycle begins. This allows all 
members the chance to access high-demand resorts fairly.

How is the limit determined?
The limit varies based on the popularity and demand of each resort. Resorts that are
in higher demand may have stricter limits to ensure fair distribution of availability.

When does the limit reset?
Booking limits reset at the start of each calendar year.

What can I do if I’ve reached my limit?
If you’ve reached your booking limit for a particular resort, you can:
